Improve Your Smile
When you look in the mirror are you happy with your smile? Do you wish your teeth were whiter, more even, or shaped better? We can help you reach your smile goals.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Teeth Whitening
Have your teeth become dull or stained? Wine, cigarette smoking, coffee, and other substances can cause tooth staining. In-office teeth whitening is an effective way to achieve a significant improvement in the color of your teeth in less than an hour. We use whitening gel and a special light for excellent results as well as take-home kits. Ask us for more information!
Veneers
Veneers are extremely thin tooth-colored porcelain shells that are bonded to your teeth. These are used to improve the appearance of teeth that are deeply stained, crooked, chipped, or have uneven spacing. Veneers are milled using the CEREC® chairside system. You won’t believe how great your smile looks!
Crowns & Bridges
Bridges, either temporary or permanent, replace sections of missing teeth. Serious problems will arise if missing teeth are not replaced. The solution? A bridge to maintain the natural contour of the jaw and keep the bite aligned.
Crowns are used over implants or teeth that are weakened from decay or damage. They provide structural strength and are created with the use of 3D CAD/CAM imaging. CEREC® technology allows us the luxury of creating beautiful restorations while you wait or emailing impressions to labs that specialize in this technology! No more messy molds! This crown will fit precisely and appear to be a natural tooth.
Clear Retainers
Straight teeth don’t have to come with silver brackets and wires. Invisalign® and SureSmile braces are clear, nearly-invisible aligners that are placed over the teeth. The aligners are created using digital technology to visualize and plan the journey to your perfect smile. Aligners are changed approximately every two weeks to gently guide teeth into their optimal position. Call Premier Dental Wellness in Statesboro, GA, for information.
Other Services
More services include, but are not limited to:
Inlays and Onlays
Inlays and onlays are a more conservative treatment option compared to crowns for restoring teeth that have mild to moderate decay or that are cracked and fractured if the damage does not affect the tooth’s cusps. Made from porcelain or composite resin materials, they are bonded to the damaged area of the tooth. Inlays are similar to fillings but lie within the cusps of the tooth, while onlays are more extensive and cover one or more cusps. This restorative option preserves more of the natural tooth structure while providing strength and durability.
Partial and Full Dentures
Partial and full dentures are removable dental appliances designed to replace missing teeth and restore your smile and oral function. Partial dentures are used when some adequately supported natural teeth remain, while full dentures are used when all the teeth are missing. Both types of dentures are custom-made to fit comfortably in your mouth and are crafted to look as natural as possible. Dentures can improve chewing, speaking, and overall appearance, and they provide support for facial muscles. Additionally, dentures and partials may be supported or stabilized by implants, should adequate bone be available.
